The collection of the urn does not require an appointment, and takes place from Monday to Saturday between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. At the latest, when collecting the urn, you are required to specify where the urn will be kept or buried. The urn must be collected and buried within one year of the cremation date. You will need to present a document that proves your identity when collecting the urn.

You can visit the chapels in advance. Groups can also visit the technical facilities by agreement.
Yes, music can be played from a Bluetooth speaker or a CD. We recommend using the wireless speaker available in the chapel. USB drives are not supported.
Primarily, the music is agreed upon with the organist. The streams are usually chosen together with the priest.
